The mission of the James Madison Center For Free Speech is to support litigation and public education activities in order to defend the rights of political expression and association by citizens and citizen groups as guaranteed by the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution.
This is a great website to explore if you are an admirer of the simple wisdom built into the 1st Amendment by our Founding Fathers. There are lots of interesting articles pertaining to freedom of speech, and also summaries of Supreme Court cases. Of particular interest to me where the articles discussing guidelines for political participation by churches and pastors.
