ann coulter

The Blonde Bomb-Thrower, AKA Ann Coulter, sure has stirred things up with her newest book! For those of you who haven't been paying attention, the book is called Godless: The Church of Liberalism and it is available for purchase at worldnetdaily.com

Lots of our friends have asked us how Christian Conservatives should react to a book like this. Many of our friends are uncomfortable with Ann's "tone" and don't consider it a particularly "loving" book. That is pretty amusing, isn't it? The plain, old truth is that the book is harsh, it is brutal, it is scathing, and it will peel the paint right off the wall. This is not an easy read for the faint of heart!

There is one simple fact, however, that you just can't get around. Coulter's book, when viewed in the cold light of harsh reality, is 100% factual. There's not one, single, solitary untruth in the whole book, and that's the point. You may be uncomfortable with the messenger, but don't dismiss the message. What is the message, you ask? We're glad you asked:
1. Modern liberalism has become its own religion, with values and principles in complete opposition to the teachings of Christianity.
2. Anyone who dares to challenge the Sacred Rites of the Church of Liberalism is ridiculed, censored, sued, slandered, threatened, accused of bigotry, prosecuted for "hate speech", and labeled as "mean-spirited". When it comes to Christianity, on the other hand, it's always "open season."
3. The Church of Liberalism is aided and abetted by the Mainstream, Drive-By Media, the academic "intelligentsia" found in our godless, liberal colleges and public schools, and the Cultural Purveyors of Smut based on the coasts. Christian expression, on the other hand, has been largely outlawed in the public square.
4. If the Christian majority in the U.S.A. doesn't wake up and begin to fight back, modern liberalism will destroy the very foundations of this great nation.

That's all for now. Thanks for coming.

Sincerely,

The Christian Conservatives

Howdy,

Thanks for leaving the comment on my blog on Coulter's Godless book. I was just curious: which of the conversations with Hannity did you hear: the one where I confronted him about Falwell & Robertson or the one I confrotned him about GOP sexual hypocrisy? BTW, on my main blog, I devote a lot of space to my love of Jack Chick tracts.
