That's the opening of the biography that liberaliar Marie Cocco-Puffs wrote for herself. I find those words amusing because, if you read any of her columns, you will find that she is one of the more empty-headed members of the liberal mainstream media. By the way, there are several liberal columnists that I enjoy reading. Susan Estrich, Leonard Pitts, and E.J. Dionne are three examples, and there are a few others. The three I mentioned are all intelligent people who normally write thoughtful pieces. Although I might disagree with them, I can at least respect them.
Marie Cocco-Puffs doesn't fit that category. Here's the opening paragraph of her latest screed:
Much of the world still likes our movies, and what used to be called American ingenuity—the scientific and technological genius that cures disease and connected the world through the Internet. But there’s not much else to admire about the United States.
That's a pretty amazing statement, isn't it? In "The World According To Cocco-Puffs," America is to be admired for the movies produced by Hollywood, and the scientific/medical/technical advances that have cured disease and created the Internet. There is nothing else to admire about America.
Wow! Is there any clearer illustration of the effects on the mind and spirit of a person afflicted with the cancer of liberalism?
I ran across this particular column on a liberaliar site called "Truthdig.com." I posted the following response to her column:
Maria Cocco-Puffs is stupidly wrong when she says that there isn’t anything to admire about the United States. Following are the Top 5 Things To Admire About the United States:
1. Religious Freedom--People from every corner of the globe, representing every religion that there is, flock to the United States because they are allowed to practice their religious faith in peace. There haven’t been very many countries in the history of the world that allow that.
2. Economic Freedom--The U.S. is one of the most economically free countries in the world. We have a free market that allows anyone to “pursue happiness"--what the Founders understood to mean “property rights” and what Pres. Bush calls the “ownership society.” If you work hard and persevere, you can own a piece of the American Dream.
3. Civil Liberties/Due Process--Here in America, agents of the government are limited in the ways they can interfere in your daily living of life. You can’t be denied life, liberty or property without due process of law.
4. Health Care--Contrary to the liberal lies being spun by America’s Cultural Marxists and Liberaliars, the United States has the finest health care system in the world. That’s why people flock here from every country of the world to have their health issues cared for.
5. American Charity and Hospitality--There has never, in the history of the world, been a country that has amassed as much power and wealth as the U.S., and used that power and wealth for as much good, as the U.S. We saved the world from the evil forces of totalitarianism in two different world wars, and we sacrificed more than 500,000 lives to do it. Public, private and corporate international aid to the rest of the world amounts to about $35 billion annually. No other country in the world gives as much as we do.
I have a suggestion for Marie Cocco-Puffs. If she thinks that America is such a rotton place, maybe she should leave. I’m sure that her “journalistic style” would be well received in places like Cuba, Venezuela, or Iran.

After I wrote that, I thought more about it, and I realized that my answer was incomplete. There is one overriding component of the American republic that is the most admirable part of our great nation. It is expressed by our Declaration of Independence:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
Do you all understand the magnitude of that statement, quoted from the document that created America? We the people have natural human rights that cannot be taken away from us or transferred to anyone else. Those rights are not given to us by government, or by any human ruler. Those rights are given to us by God. Government is created and empowered by the people in order to safeguard those unalienable rights. In other words, in America, power flows from the people to government, not the other way around. And it's all based upon the belief that God is at the center of it all.
You can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that the U.S. is the only nation in the history of the world that is based upon this very Biblical belief system. 2 Corinthians 3:17 says, Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
Our freedoms are secure so long as we remain committed to the Spirit of the Lord. Everything that is good and right about America is rooted in our faith in God.

A Critique of Leonard Pitts Latest Lies

Leonard Pitts’ is doing his best to deceive you! He thinks he can count on the power and influence of the mainstream media apparatus to bury what he really wrote about the Channon Christian, Chris Newsom murders that happened in Knoxville TN last January and the ever growing number of White Americans that are becoming increasingly angry over the mounting number of black on white crimes being committed in the United States today.
For a Pulitzer Prize winner Leonard Pitts isn’t very intelligent, nor is he the gifted wordsmith his supporters would like you and me to believe he is, just look at his article, it looks as if it were put together by an eighth grader.
Pitts’ is a dunce and he’s given himself away this time, in fact he’s made it entirely too easy. I’m going to show you the reader EXACTLY what Leonard Pitts’ wrote and then I’m going to show you EXACTLY how he’s trying to bury what he said and meant.
Today, June 27, 2007, the Miami Herald published this article by Leonard Pitts entitled “Neo-Nutsies bring frustration, anger and – and joy.[1]” In the article Pitts’ does his absolute best to draw the reader’s attention to the fact that some neo-nazis have taken him to task for an article he wrote a few weeks ago entitled “Oppressed Whites, Give Me a Break.[2]”
In the latter article Pitts clearly called whites [NOT just neo-nazis] that are concerned about the growing numbers of black on white crimes whiners and likely racists when he wrote “But still, one occasionally hears mewling [means whining] noises from that subset of my white countrymen who feel put upon by big, bad racial minorities. This is one of those times. And Knoxville, Tenn., has become the capital city of that lunatic fringe [In other words if you’re concerned you’re a lunatic and likely a racist too].
In the same article Pitts clearly tells all whites, not just racist whites that he couldn’t give a damn about their concerns when he wrote “I have four words for them [the racist whites] and any other white Americans who feel themselves similarly victimized… Cry me a river.”
Please note that our Puliutzer Prize winnner added the inclusive “AND any other other whites who feel themselves similarly victimized,” which, if you’re white, means you and me baby. Pitts’ doesn’t care, in fact he’d only cry us a river, which is just another way of saying screw you whitey.
So anyway, on to Pitts’ latest attempt to deceive the American public. Today, June 27, 2007, our Pulitzer Prize winner wrote in the aforementioned highly deceptive piece about the Neo-Nutsies, that he’d been harrassed and threatened by a “self-professed neo-Nazi leader whose name you won't read here.” [Meaning that Pitts isn't going to let YOU know who it was]. I suggest that the real reason Pitts won’t print his name, which is Bill White by the way, is because Pitts’ doesn’t want YOU the reader to get a gander at what he actually wrote in the initial column that irked White so much in the first place.
Pitts doesn’t want you the reader to do a google search on his name and Channon Christian’s name and see that there are thousands of articles and chatroom discussions denouncing HIM for HIS blatant racism, which is insurmountably worse than what he’s allegedly been subjected to by Bill White, because Bill White isn’t a syndicated columnist who words and ideas are read in newspapers from coast to coast.
Pitts doesn’t want you the reader to know that he doesn’t believe the Channon Christian, Chris Newsom murders were motivated by hate, despite the fact that four blacks including a black female kidnapped, tortured, gang raped, sodomized, and mutilated two young whites back in January of this year in Knoxville TN. Nonetheless that’s exactly what he wrote and to make matters worse he now matter a factly states that anyone believing otherwise, or anyone that doesn’t see the crime in exactly the same way he does is engaging in “an argument made for ridiculing.”[3]
Pitts’ biggest lie and one easy to prove to anyone willing to take a minute to examine his words is as follows. Pitts states in his latest article Neo-Nutsies bring frustration, anger and – and joy that one of the more ‘asinine’ of White’s contentions was that he [Pitts] “told those mourning the murders to "cry me a river.'' Pitts then insists that this is innacurate by then stating “I gave that advice specifically to white supremacists yelling genocide and other stupid things,” which is a complete and total LIE based on the mans own words which were once again very inclusive “I have four words for them [the racist whites] and any other white Americans who feel themselves similarly victimized… Cry me a river.”
That’s it, there it is, right before your very eyes. Unlike Pitts’ I’ll provide the reader with names and links to articles, I’m not afraid of the facts because I’m not afraid of the truth, but I assure you that Leonard Pitts is. Pitts is very concerned that he’ll lose his job at the Miami Herald and his syndicated column and he should be, because once his words hit the mainstream he’s finished. That is why I encourage anyone and everyone reading this article to send it to your local newspaper with the caveat that if they [your local paper] ever carry a Leonard Pitts article again you’ll drop your subscription. Send Leonard Pitts and his bosses at the Miami Herald an email calling for his dismissal. That’s just what four hundred people did immediately after Pitts first wrote the article Oppressed Whites, Give Me a Break only to be referred to as racists for their efforts.
Ask yourself is the truth racist? Can the truth ever be racist? According to Pitts and people like him it is. Pitts ends his latest article with this:
“I feel a little like Jimmy Stewart in It's a Wonderful Life. They say you can tell who a man is by looking at his friends. Which is true. But I believe you can also tell by looking at his enemies. Apparently, I have managed to make enemies of haters, bigots and other low, pathetic men… I must be doing something right.”
The above is further confirmation of the fact that Pitts’ isn’t in the least bit sorry for what he wrote and in fact equates any dissenting views as those coming alone from “haters, bigots and other low, pathetic men.” So, if you were in the least bit offended by what Pitts’ wrote chalk yourself up as a hater too. Your opinion as far as his piece is of no importance whatsoever, because you’re a bigot.
In conclusion I’d like to highlight another monstrous lie that Pitts’ attempts to foist upon his readers and that is, in his own words, that black on white crime is “a relative statistical rarity.”[4]
People, a Pulitzer Prize winner should be a whole lot more careful, or at least a whole lot more cunning, when attempting to force a lie that large down the readers throat. I can’t imagine that more than 1 in 10 of his readers actually believes what he wrote, it’s preposterous and what’s more, it’s easily proven false. FBI and Department of Justice statistics prove beyong a shadow of a doubt that black males between the ages of 12 and 60 commit MORE than 50% of the murders in the United States of America[5] and you can bet they are not just killing black people.
There are websites devoted to tracking black on white crime, websites like newnation news[6] as just one example and although perhaps politically incorrect to the extreme they only document factual cases of black on white crimes documented with primary sources. If you visit that website you’ll quickly see cases of black on white crime that are too horrific to even imagine, but more importantly what you’ll quickly realize is that the vast majority of these cases you’ve never heard of and that is because the mainstream media has a vested interest, as does Leonard Pitts, in keeping you in the dark, because if you were to find out exactly to what extent black on white crime has become commonplace in America today you might get angry and we couldn’t have that in our multicultural paradise now could we?
In any case, I have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt in this article that Leonard Pitts is a liar. I hope you’ll take a few moments to comment on this article here and to contact Pitts and the Miami Herald in order to voice your outrage. If you’re not outraged, I feel sorry for you, because you have not only sold yourself down the river, you’ve sold your family and friends down that river too, a river created by the same tears of indifference that Pitts has for you and “any other whites” that feel the same.

I thought long and hard before I published that comment. pcapostate is a hateful person, with evil festering in his heart, and, truthfully, I almost didn't let his comment through. I finally decided to publish the comment, though, and I owe my readers an explanation as to why.
There is a small segment of the political right that is every bit as hateful as the lunatic left. The difference between the Democrats and the Republicans is that the GOP doesn't let our crazy people "drive the bus," while the Democrats let their crazy people plan the trip and drive to the destination. I think you see what I mean.
It is obvious that pcapostate hates blacks, and, if you look at his blog, you will see that he hates Jews too. This hatred has become a cancer in pcapostate's soul that has utterly destroyed his/her ability to tell right from wrong, fact from fiction, or good from evil. This kind of hatred needs to be exposed to the light of day, and denounced. Right-thinking Christian conservatives need to forcefully condemn the hate being spewed by these lunch-heads. We need to shun the racists in our midst, and attempt to shame them into re-examining their poisonous views.
For the record--I believe that Leonard Pitts is a good and decent man. He appears to me to be a thoughtful, intelligent man and he is certainly a talented writer. I thoroughly disagreed with Pitts concerning his take on the Knoxville murders, but that's not surprising. I find that I disagree with Pitts on most issues. That doesn't make either one of us a bad guy. It just means that we disagree.
And finally, I don't believe that Leonard Pitts is a racist. He has never given any indication in his writings that he is a racist. There is no doubt in my mind, however, that pcapostate is a racist. His/Her views sicken me. I hope that all decent people who read these words, whether liberal or conservative, will post a response condemning pcapostate's hateful and ignorant opinions.
