liberals are racists, conservatives are not

This is an excellent column by Star Parker. It is especially timely, coming on the heels of the Louisville desegregation Supreme Court case.
Bottom line: Liberals don't believe that blacks have the ability to take care of themselves or make wise personal choices on their own. Liberals believe that more government programs and spending are the only solutions to the problems facing black Americans, because black Americans just don't exist as thoughtful individuals capable of exercising self determination.
Conservatives, on the other hand, believe that all Americans, regardless of race, color or creed, are capable individuals with the ability to make their own decisions about how to best live their lives, free from government intrusion. That's the difference between an "ownership society" based on the unalienable rights of the individual, and "Mommy and Daddy Government" providing cradle to grave succor to helpless groups of "victims."
Who's the racist?
