"One clear lesson from the Republican victory of 2004 and the Democratic victory of 2006 is that the best place to look for polls that are spot on is RasmussenReports.com." Michael Barone, Senior Writer for U.S. News & World Report and co-author of The Almanac of American Politics
Although I deeply mistrust most polls, I do enjoy looking at Rasmussen Polls because they are normally very accurate. Rasmussen just released the results of a brand new poll, which I linked to above, and the results, quite frankly, are mind numbing.
35% of all Democrats believe that Pres. Bush knew about the 9/11 attacks in advance. 26% of all Democrats aren't sure. That means that 61% of all Democrats believe that there is a possibility that Pres. Bush knew about 9/11 in advance, yet did nothing about it. Only 39% of Democrats believe that Pres. Bush didn't know. Let me be very clear---if you fall within that 61%, you have lost your mind and are completely insane!
Take a moment to ponder those numbers. One out of three Democrats believe that our Commander-In-Chief intentionally sacrificed 3000 American lives in order to propel America into war. That scares me! It's one thing to disagree with Bush's policies. I disagree with a lot of things Bush has done, and there's nothing wrong with that. As a principled conservative, I am disappointed in Pres. Bush's overall performance as our President. Honest disagreement is OK. This new poll, however, shows that a large number of Americans have become so consumed by their hatred for our President that they have lost the ability to think rationally. That's scary!
Do you folks realize that the modern Democrat Party is being run by these lunatics? You need to know that because, if you vote for a Democrat, you are voting for someone who is being controlled by some very frightening people. That should cause you to do some "second-thinking" if you had any thoughts of voting Democrat in the next election.
