how should we commerate 9/11?

The were many ceremonies all across our nation today, and many speeches given, as we sought to commerate the awful evil that was perpetrated against us five years ago. Please allow me to make a suggestion as to how we might appropriately honor this day.
Pray. Pray without ceasing. Pray as God told us to pray. Pray for wisdom. Pray for God's Holy Spirit to fill us and our enemies with His perfect love so that peace may reign on earth. Pray that God would bless our military and political leaders, and that He would give them strength and courage and wisdom and His perfect guidance. Pray that God would forgive us as a nation of our sins and that He would draw us closer to Him. Pray that God would transform us so that we would truly be "one nation under God." Pray that God would guide us and direct us so that, in all things, we might do His will. Finally, pray that God would enable us to more completely carry out His 3 basic commands to us: Love God with our entire beings, love our neighbors as ourselves, and tell others about the Good News of Jesus Christ.
