liberalism is philosophically un-american

This is another excellent article written by Rabbi Aryeh Spero. It was originally printed in Human Events last February.

As I read the article, I was reminded of a quote I read from Mike Evans (www.beyondiraq.com);

Liberals have a difficult time seeing moral issues clearly because most of them are moral relavists. They reject absolute standards of good and evil or right and wrong. In their worldview, man is perfectable, human nature is on a path toward enlightenment, and the concept of original sin is primitive. They have fallen in love with appeasement because they do not believe in evil and thus refuse to confront it.

Truer words were never spoken.
