In 1996 there were 250,000 American households with a net worth in excess of $5 million. Ten years later, in 2006, that number had grown to over 1 million households. As a conservative, I see news like that and I get excited. That is the American dream! That is a clear snapshot of the free market and individual freedom working together to create wealth!
